Modern Law is growing in Tucson and were looking for a Legal Paraprofessional (LP) or Family Law Attorney whos ready to join. This is a unique opportunity to bring highquality legal representation to a community that needs it with the full backing of Arizonas most innovative family law firm.
As a licensed LP or experienced attorney youll have the opportunity to serve clients directly manage your caseload with autonomy and help establish our presence in the Sierra Vista market. Whether youre just launching your independent practice or looking to grow with a supportive modern infrastructure this role offers the flexibility and resources to do both.

Were open to a Legal Paraprofessional or licensed Family Law Attorney who shares our values and is ready to lead in Sierra Vista.
For Legal Paraprofessionals (LPs):
- Active Arizona LP license with authorization to provide legal services in family law.
- Demonstrated experience in managing family law matters independently or under supervision.
- Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and integrity.
For Attorneys:
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona (in good standing).
- 15 years of experience in family law preferred but we are open to newer attorneys who are confident coachable and ready to grow fast.
- Experience with litigation mediation or highconflict cases is a plus.
For All Candidates:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Techsavvy and adaptable youre comfortable using cloudbased platforms and remote tools.
- A proactive growthoriented mindset you take initiative seek feedback and thrive in a supportive but fastmoving environment.
- Deep empathy for clients navigating crisis and a passion for access to justice.
