ABOUT THIS TRAVELING FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN ROLE
Our telecommunications company needs a customer service professional to work a consistent schedule of MondayFriday.
While working with our internet company as a Traveling Field Service Technician start your day on the road heading to your first customer appointment with tools and a game plan in mind. In this customer service position youre the friendly face customers rely on for internet service installations and repairs. You troubleshoot issues install equipment and make sure everything runs smoothlyalways with a focus on clear communication and efficient service. Each stop is a new challenge but you thrive on solving problems and leaving customers satisfied and connected.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A TRAVELING FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Our telecommunications company is searching for someone who is dedicated. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:
- Successful completion of industry certifications as needed
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to oneself or others
- Ability to be added to the companys auto insurance policy
