GeneralSummary.

The Analyst RegulatoryData & Licensing provides assistance and support to the regulatory andoperations staff by coordinating document management and preparing applicationsto obtain and renew licenses for the FedEx Supply Chain (FSC) healthcarevertical. Assists in the analysis of data to identify risk areas companywide.

This position will beresponsible for..

  • Providesassistance and support to Regulatory and Operations by maintaining licensurerecords including: Providing coordination of the document management needed toobtain or renew licenses complete applications and work with licensingorganization and thirdparty providers with respect to license management.
  • Preparesinvestigates and conducts research for new and ongoing licensing matters.
  • Organizescoordinates and tracks all licensing files and documents making themavailable and easily accessible to Regulatory and Operations staff governmentagencies and external customers.
  • Prepares draftmemoranda to support license applications. Conducts and/or prepares materialson training programs for management and FSCs personnel regarding licensingrelatedissues.
  • Provides timelyassistance to FSCs outside counsel as requested.
  • Developsmaintains monitors and tracks license renewal timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintainsconfidentiality and privilege of all work. Participates in and supportsprivileged and confidential projects.
  • Assists with dataanalysis and prepares reports outlining compliance metrics for distribution toexecutive team and other stakeholders.
  • Perform otherduties as assigned.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelors degreein Paralegal or related field preferred and 24 years experience required in aregulatory administration capacity law firm or corporate legal department.
  • In lieu of degreehigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Software skillsincluding use of Microsoft Office webbased applications document managementsystems legal research applications (e.g. Lexis) and general internetresearch.
  • Verbal andwritten communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidentialinformation.
  • Time managementorganizational and multitasking skills necessary to work in a fastpacedenvironment handling various tasks and changing priorities while maintaininga high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
  • Customer servicedriven.
  • Strong teamplayer.
