Role Summary
As an Asset Protection Investigator you will lead and support investigations into internal and external incidents including employee misconduct fraud theft and workplace violence. Youll document findings maintain confidentiality and work closely with management and law enforcement to resolve cases. Daily youll help secure the facility by monitoring access screening visitors and conducting patrols to detect safety or security risks. Youll also respond to emergencies such as medical incidents fires or severe weather taking quick coordinated action. This is a proactive handson role focused on maintaining a safe secure and compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications:
Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with associates visitors and vendors.
Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with standard office applications such as Excel Word Powerpoint.
Strong conflict resolution & deescalation skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Ability to operate safety & security equipment including but not limited to handheld radios fire extinguishers fire protection systems video surveillance systems burglar alarm systems electronic access control systems flashlights and physical restraint devices.
Must be available to work flexible hours including days overnights weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years of Loss Prevention experience preferred or equivalent education in the Criminal Justice field.
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit stand walk use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Duties may require the employee to work outdoors during inclement weather and during hours of darkness/low light. The employee may be required to occasionally stoop bend or kneel.
