What Youll Be Doing
- Maintain lasting relationships with our existing customers and develop new customer connections.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow and exceed sales goals.
- Provide industry leading customer service and support internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide sales forecasts reports to inform leadership
What Are We Looking For
- Strong background in business development; construction knowledge is an asset
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach; you know how to manage your time
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; public speaking is a benefit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
- This role involves frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
- You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
