Whats the role
As the Head of Online Share Trading youll lead a dynamic business with a clear growth strategy to deliver best in class online share trading services for new and existing customers. Youll drive growth customer experience risk management enhanced supplier relationships and develop a market leading digital experience to ensure our customers have the best tools to grow their wealth. This business is entering an exciting growth phase and your role is all about developing a brand proposition and customer experience aligned with our growth ambitions.
What do I need
- A strong technical foundation in equities an understanding of the competitive landscape regulatory obligations and direct distribution strategies.
- A growth and innovation mindset with the energy and ambition to achieve number 1 for our customers through product service and digital innovation.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide the Online Share Trading team.
- Commercially minded with experience in managing financial products and the requisite partnership skills to succeed with and through suppliers.
- Excellent relationship management skills and capability to leverage opportunities across the broader Group.
- Ability to leverage data insights for business growth.
- A good risk manager you have great operational capability and desire to continuously improve the customer experience.
