Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery improvement research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne from ambulatory to inpatient and home and communitybased services.
This 12 month position offers supervised training in acute stroke imaging perfusion imaging preoperative fMRI DTI spectroscopy MR neurography neurooncology Head/Neck and spinal imaging. Education of the fellow revolves around the excellent case material presenting for neuroimaging from our onsite neurology neurosurgery trauma and radiotherapy services. The fellow will have the opportunity to attend numerous subspecialty interdisciplinary neuroradiological conferences.
Duties will be principally in Neuroradiology but some work in the main Radiology Department and on call services will be required.
