Job Description
Contract and Stakeholder Management
- Function as the central point of contact between client representatives property managers internal technical teams and service delivery units.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and contractual obligations are understood and met.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) timelines and scope ensuring performance standards are upheld.
Delivery Oversight and Coordination
- Oversee the implementation of intelligent technology infrastructure and reporting tools across multiple sites.
- Coordinate the activities of installation remote monitoring analytics maintenance and support teams to ensure endtoend delivery.
- Monitor project milestones flag risks and implement mitigation actions.
Commercial Performance and Profitability
- Monitor the financial performance of the contract focusing on cost control efficiency and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities for improved operational outcomes and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely billing procurement coordination and profitability tracking.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and deliver clear regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress issues and outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation timelines and issue logs.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and reviews with internal and client teams.
