Job Description
A Sales Support Representative is needed for a busy warehouse in Farmers Branch TX! Apply now and join our growing team!
Schedule:Monday Friday 8am5pm $18$20 per hour

Essential Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes processing sales orders and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and the sales team.
- Conduct followup communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address further inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 12years of experience in customer service/ or sales support role
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
