This position is responsible for two sites Woodinville and Redmond Recycling. The will oversees employees at each site receipt processing and management of recycled concrete and asphalt.

What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of concrete and asphalt recycling: receipt processing production and inventory management at two sites. Manage P&L for both sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Work closely with quality control and sales teams to identify opportunities and drive production to meet market demand.
- Develop and implement longterm site strategy and oversee the installation of plant upgrades.
- Manage and train plant and equipment operators to maintain high performance standards.
- Implement a maintenance program for fixed and mobile equipment.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mining construction construction materials or recycling industries
- Proven ability to leverage key performance indicators to drive efficiency and improvement.
- Excellent understanding of and ability to enforce safety and environmental regulations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead both union and nonunion employees. Experience with union operations a plus.
- Understanding of construction materials production processes maintenance and project management.

- Requires lifting climbing and walking steep hills and uneven terrain.
