Madison College is seeking a Student Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role youll be a key player in helping current and prospective students navigate the challenges of college life with seamless and efficient support.
If youre passionate about helping others solving problems and collaborating in a fastpaced environment this is the perfect position for you. Your responsibilities will include working with a team of coordinators responding to inquiries intake triage referrals and scheduling appointments for various Madison College Student Affairs units.
As a Student Support Services Coordinator you will have the chance to work closely with professionals in diverse areas of Student Services including Enrollment Services Academic Advising Counseling Disability Services Financial Aid and more. This crossfunctional experience will allow you to develop a broad skill set and gain valuable knowledge while making a real impact on student success.
The Student Support Services Coordinator reports directly to the Student Support Services Manager and is a part of a supportive team that prioritizes peoplefirst leadership. Youll receive crossfunctional support and training from various service areas to ensure youre wellequipped to assist students effectively.
This is an onsite fulltime hourly position with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of those we serve. Scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with occasional extended hours until 6:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.
