1099 Service Technician

Why Contract with Statewide:
Year round work
Weekly paychecks
Flexible schedule
All work provided
Product reimbursement
The main duties include:
Complete service jobs on Statewide Remodeling projects as needed
Submit appropriate paperwork to Statewide Remodeling management team
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect and describe to them repairs being made
Perform repairs on cabinetry windows baths/showers trimwork drywall etc.
Other duties as outlined by Statewide Remodeling management team
Qualifications:
3 years of remodeling carpentry or maintenance experience
Knowledge of residential windows baths/showers and/or kitchen cabinets preferred
Basic plumbing skills required
Ability to properly repair caulk drywall trim etc.
Established LLC or Business with an EIN#
Great communication and customer service skills
Must have General Liability insurance
