Your new role

Are you looking to kick off your career in media sales working with the largest airport media portfolio in the UK

As an Airports Agency Executive at Global youll wear multiple hatscombining your passion for media and delivering exciting campaigns for our largest clients. If youre an organised multitasker who thrives in a fastpaced environment and you want to gain handson experience supporting a high performing sales team this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Campaign Support (40%): Provide essential support to the Airport Agency Managers across daytoday sales activity. This includes raising purchase orders managing internal sales processes and handling campaign support.
  • Campaign Coordination (30%): Assist with planning and execution of campaigns across the Global Airports portfolio. Tasks include organising airport passes liaising with production/delivery teams and coordinating photography.
  • Brief Response & Materials (30%): Help respond to incoming briefs by gathering information sourcing assets and preparing slick and accurate presentation decks that represent Globals airport offering effectively.

2. Own It: Take the lead on key administrative and coordination tasks playing a crucial role in campaign delivery.

4. Better Together: Collaborate with experienced Airport Agency Managers production/delivery teams and commercial colleagues across Global to help unlock new opportunities and drive performance.

In your first few months youll have:

  • Developed a strong understanding of Globals airport proposition and how it fits within the media landscape.
  • Built strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Supported multiple campaigns with effective coordination and clear communication.
  • Demonstrated confidence using Global systems and managing campaign deliverables effectively.
  • Contributed to impactful brief responses and sales presentations.
