As aSenior Product Manager Digital Interoperability you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. What youll be doing
Reporting to the Product Management Director for Baxters Connected Care Group this individual contributor role will collaborate with every Baxter division and lead interoperability product management and drive business growth of our Connected Care Group Digital platforms portfolio. This position will collaborate with relevant upstream product managers upstream marketing regional marketing and sales teams R&D Service; as well as other internal and external partners for the overall connectivity portfolio and strategy. The key objective is to transform care through actionable insights and connected care.
- Drive adoption shape and articulate value proposition of digital platforms to internal and external partners.
- Partner with Baxter divisions and Connected Care Group to understand platform needs and assess current panBaxter adoption of digital platforms and their features.
- Assist Baxter divisions and devices in onboarding to Baxter digital platforms to address customer needs enhance efficiencies and optimize integration.
- Drive and monitor customer success with existing digital platforms and features providing insights and recommendation to ensure continued adoption and improvements.
- Develop product roadmaps through collaboration with Baxter divisions and Connected Care Group Digital Platforms teams as well as market research to enhance digital platforms and features.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends industry developments and competitive environment to find opportunities for Connected Care Group product portfolio.
- Assess financial performance of digital platforms and identify areas for growth and optimization.
- Develop business cases and conduct financial analysis for digital platform opportunities.
- Team with Baxter divisions to identify areas of collaboration to advance connected care and drive critical initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and Medical Affairs on identifying and developing evidencebased proof points.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or Science; MBA preferred.
- 8 years experience inhealthcare softwaremedical devices or equivalentwith multifaceted leadership in product management.
- Strong communicator with executive partner management expertise.
- Ability to develop strategies key messages and tactical execution plans.
- Proven ability to influence others including those globally dispersed on other teams in other functions and in more senior positions.
- Experience with financial modeling to support strategic decision making
- Strong technical and analytical abilities; Commercial skill to sell products and ideas.
- Deep capability and expertise in gathering market and customer insights.
- Managing relationships with global key opinion leaders to shape market understanding and build advocacy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit growthfocused and dedicated to progress.
- Skilled in collaborating with crossfunctional teams within a matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel 25%.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and longterm incentive.
