Vehicle Mechanical Engineer
Location: San Jose CA
Clearance: United States Citizenship required
Our team is looking for a Defense Industry Mechanical Engineer for an Integration project for Subsystem Components to upgrade a Military Vehicle.
If you have Ground Vehicle experience along with experience with new AI features with CREO and have experience with design relevant to ground vehicle applications within Mil Standard requirements.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required for this defense industry position
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- Over 2 years of experience with vehicle mechanical engineering design relevant to ground vehicle applications in the defense environment.
- Over 2 years of experience with design changes using PTC CREO 7.0 and completing all related design change processes and creating models as well as schematics drawings
Skills Required:
*Ability to apply GD&T to drawings
*Experience analyzing bolted joints
*Experience performing tolerance analyses
*DOD Military Standard requirements within Military Vehicles
