The hourly rate is $16.66 plus share of service charge pool.
The Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for a Banquet Server/Bartender (OnCall) to join the team! Shift Pattern: varying provide availability weekly PM availability preferred
Hourly Rate: $16.66 per hour plus tip pool
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1 year of serving/bartending experience banquet experience preferred
- MAST and Food Handlers certifications
- Strong bartending background highly desired
What will I be doing
As a Banquet Server/Bartender you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deliver and serve food and beverages including but not limited to meals condiments and accompaniments
- Ensure menu knowledge
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly timely and efficient manner
- Stock and maintain the bar to include but not limited to beer wine spirits paper products straws and stirrers condiments glassware ice and produce
