Are you a driven commercially minded leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic highgrowth environment At Avantor were looking for a Manager Equipment Services to lead our Technical Services operations across Sweden. Based in Stockholm youll report directly to the Director ES Region North and take ownership of driving growth optimizing service delivery and developing a highperforming team. This is your chance to lead from the frontimplementing best practices enhancing quality standards and aligning operations with strategic sales priorities in a business where innovation and service excellence are at the core.
What We Are Looking For
You are an experienced people leader with a proven track record in technical services and an instinct for commercial success. You have the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and are confident making datainformed decisions in fastpaced targetdriven environments.
To succeed you will need:
Strong leadership experience in managing technical and administrative teams
Proven knowledge of technical service environments ideally with ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 familiarity
Highlevel influencing skills and collaborative mindset
Solid understanding of financial models including labor cost control and thirdparty service use
Fluency in both English and Swedish with a valid driving license
Ability to work from the Stockholm office 3 days/week with travel across Sweden

Youll manage a team of 5 fieldbased professionals across Stockholm Gothenburg and South Swedenempowering them to excel while making a measurable difference for our customers and our business.
