Job overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sr. Analyst to join our Order to Cash (O2C) Operations team. This individual contributor role is focused on Credit Management and AR analysis within a fastpaced technologydriven environment. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and a proactive operational mindset to drive regional visibility governance and standardization.
Location: Warsaw 2 days working from office
Responsibilities
Credit Management
- Analyze and update customers credit limits
- Define & adjust risk categories
- Monitor credit exposure and propose appropriate action
- Develop reporting structure
- Support and drive continuous improvement on write off bad debit and credit management processes with a focus on standardization efficiency and compliance
- Prepare and present meaningful datadriven insights and dashboards providing visibility into key metrics
AR Analysis
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable
- Analyze Bad Debt prepare reports and MJE
Qualifications
Required skills
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis background
- 3 years of experience in O2C operations with direct exposure credit management bad debt in a regional capacity
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with dashboarding and reporting tools a plus
- Fluent in English good knowledge of Polish with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with internal controls (e.g. SOX) and audit requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Macro experience
- Knowledge of European or German language is a plus
