Job Description

Regional Sales Executive West Coast

Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to drive revenue growth expand market presence and lead a highperforming sales team across the West Coast. This role is responsible for both managing existing business relationships and securing new opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency and team development. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven leader with strong sales acumen a passion for building relationships and the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Lead mentor and manage a team ensuring process efficiency and professional development.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations product demonstrations and industry speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to enhance brand awareness and support sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market insights to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely product shipments and fulfillment.
  • Represent company at trade shows conferences and client meetings.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including technical data sheets newsletters and promotional assets.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven track record in sales preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Existing network of healthcare contacts is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience with a passion for coaching and motivating others.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with large audiences.
  • Experience in Medicaid and Medicare is a plus.
