Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a structured techpowered environment. In this role you ll engage prospects using intelligent outbound sequences personalized messaging (often assisted by AI tools) and a refined lead qualification process all built to maximize conversion efficiency.
This isn t a volumebased role its a conversionfirst role for someone who loves learning what works iterating on messaging and booking qualified meetings that drive pipeline.
Use bestinclass AI tools to make your outreach more effective
Learn from a proven sales playbook built by process engineers and RevOps leaders
Get realtime feedback on outreach quality response rates and pipeline movement
Work closely with experienced closers and automation experts
Fasttrack growth into AE or Sales Strategist roles based on performance
Execute multitouch outbound campaigns using Apollo Lemlist and LinkedIn outreach
Personalize email and DM templates using ChatGPTpowered workflows and lead intelligence tools (e.g. Clay Lusha ZoomInfo)
Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and hand off salesready opportunities to AEs
Follow structured cadence logic (email call social) and update CRM (HubSpot Salesforce) daily
Analyze outreach metrics to refine approach (open click response booked rate)
Collaborate with the Sales Automation Specialist to test and improve sequences
Maintain highquality documentation on lead status and call outcomes
First 30 Days
Complete onboarding into CRM Apollo Clay and AIenhanced personalization
Learn sales playbook messaging pillars and ICP qualification criteria
Begin executing sequences under guidance and shadowing senior SDRs
By Day 60
Independently run sequences and log activity at quota levels
Personalize 75% of outbound messages using AI tools and lead research
Consistently book 5 7 meetings/week from qualified outreach
By Day 90
Maintain leadtomeeting conversion rate of 10%
Contribute new messaging ideas based on prospect feedback and data
Begin mentoring newer SDRs on tools and outreach quality
Activity: 60 80 highquality touches/day across channels
Meetings Booked: 20 25 qualified appointments/month
Conversion Rate: 10% leadtomeeting from targeted outreach
1 2 years in outbound sales appointment setting or lead gen
Proficient with at least one CRM (HubSpot Salesforce )
Experience with outreach tools (Apollo Lemlist Mailshake or similar)
Strong writing skills for email and LinkedIn outreach
Bonus: Familiarity with ChatGPT Clay or lead enrichment platforms
Selfmotivated detailoriented and comfortable in a fastpaced remotefirst team
