This is a remote position.
We re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our outreach engine with highquality leads that convert. You ll research and enrich contact lists segment by persona and use smart tools (like Clay ZoomInfo and ChatGPT) to deliver readytoengage leads for our sales team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and data operations ideal for someone who loves digging into ICPs testing enrichment workflows and powering outbound campaigns with precision.

Build lead lists using scraping and enrichment tools (e.g. Clay ZoomInfo Lusha Apollo)
Segment prospects based on firmographics technographics and intent signals
Enrich and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy before uploading to CRM
Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to map leads to sequences and messaging tracks
Use ChatGPT or Notion AI to autogenerate short intros or research snippets for personalization
Monitor outbound performance and adjust sourcing based on reply/conversion data
Maintain list hygiene and update lead statuses in the CRM and outreach platforms
First 30 Days
Get trained on lead sourcing stack (Clay Apollo CRM)
Build initial list of 500 leads matching ICP across key industries
Document lead research and enrichment process
By Day 60
Deliver 1500 verified leads per month to SDR team
Reduce bounce rate below 5% using validation tools
Assist in launching at least one A/Btested campaign based on new segmentation logic
By Day 90
Maintain leadtomeeting contribution ratio of 8 12%
Introduce 1 2 new data sources or scraping techniques
Own weekly lead delivery calendar aligned with campaign priorities
Volume:highquality leads/month
Accuracy: >95% valid email and targeting match rate
Contribution: 10% of meetings booked attributed to sourced leads
Efficiency: <24hour turnaround on lead list requests
1 3 years in a lead generation SDR or listbuilding role
Experience with lead scraping and enrichment tools (Clay Lusha ZoomInfo Skrapp etc.)
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or SimilarWeb
Familiar with outbound email tools (e.g. Lemlist Mailshake )
Bonus: Familiarity with ChatGPT Lavender or AI personalization tools
Detailoriented spreadsheetliterate and eager to optimize sourcing workflows
