Job Role: Java Tech Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 years
MustHave: The candidate must possess at least 3 years of handson experience in Java and WebLogic
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance
- Design and develop highquality software solutions using Java technologies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the applications
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in leading a team of Java developers
- Strong knowledge of Java J2EE WebLogic and related technologies
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
