Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you ll be the first point of contact for users resolving issues answering inquiries and providing realtime support via email and live chat. Youll play a key role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience in the fastpaced world of crypto.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Fulltime

Shift: Shifting schedule (including nights weekends holidays)

Work Setup: Work from Home (Vietnambased only)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone.
  • Assist customers with accountrelated issues technical troubleshooting and general inquiries about cryptocurrency products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cryptocurrency trading security measures and account management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions while adhering to established service protocols and guidelines.
  • Consistently strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
  • High attention to detail integrity and personal accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume support environment
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and commitment to customer excellence
  • Interest in cryptocurrency personal or professional experience is a strong plus
