Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Coach and consult with paraeducators teachers and site staff to ensure fidelity of behavior plan implementation
- Monitor student data make informed adjustments to interventions and support teambased decisions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school psychologists administrators and service providers
- Lead sitebased trainings and support professional development around behavior strategies and safety protocols
- Travel between assigned campuses (all within close proximity)
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Prior experience supporting students in public school settings (strongly preferred)
- Ability to independently manage a behavior caseload across multiple campuses
- Expertise in datadriven behavior support FBA/BIP writing and team coaching
- Must live in or be able to commute daily to the San Mateo or San Francisco County area
- Excellent communication followthrough and organizational skills
