Special Education Teacher Fall 2025 Illinois Opportunities

Position Highlights:
- Create a safe welcoming classroom culture that promotes inclusion and respect.
- Modify instructional strategies to accommodate a variety of learning profiles.
- Track student progress meticulously and provide regular updates to families and teams.
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers support staff and families.
- Utilize assessment tools to evaluate academic growth and adjust instruction as needed.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Special Education required; Master s preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with varying disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a teamoriented mindset.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement or eligibility required.
