Job Title Assistant Manager HR People & Process

Job Summary
This job function is responsible for HR operations by optimizing processes ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement. This role acts as a key liaison between employees and management driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
People Management & Employee Relations
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees resolving policy benefits and workplace concerns.
Lead conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling alignment with company policies and
legal standards.
Drive performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback implementation.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives (surveys recognition programs teambuilding activities).

HR Process Optimization & Compliance
Streamline HR processes (recruitment onboarding payroll exits) to improve efficiency and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records ensuring data integrity.
Conduct HR audits oversee budget planning and generate compliance reports.
Monitor labor law changes and update HR policies proactively.

Office & Facilities Management
Oversee office operations ensuring a functional safe and efficient work environment.
Manage vendor contracts procurement and office logistics.
Lead office projects (renovations relocations system implementations).

Team Supervision and Leadership
Supervise HR and administrative staff ensuring high performance and accountability.
Delegate tasks monitor workflows and drive team productivity.
Resolve team conflicts and uphold a professional work environment.

Compliance
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and safety regulations.
Conduct regular audits and update policies to reflect legal changes

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage endtoend recruitment (job postings screening interviews offers).
Oversee new hire onboarding ensuring seamless orientation and documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business needs.

Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training needs and implement targeted learning programs.
Track employee development progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
Lead succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition headcount diversity metrics).
Identify trends (turnover engagement) and recommend strategic improvements.
Leverage HRIS for datadriven decisionmaking.

HR Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company vision and culture.
Lead recruitment onboarding and talent management initiatives
Ensure legal compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Policy and Procedure Development
Design and implement administrative policies to enhance productivity.
Maintain updated documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of solid progressive HR experience.
Strong understanding of national labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Handson experience with HR software and systems (e.g. HRIS performance management tools
learning platforms).
Professional HR certification from a recognized body (e.g. CIPM SHRM HRCI) is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ethical integrity.
Demonstrated ability in problemsolving conflict resolution and decisionmaking.
Strong processoriented mindset with a track record of streamlining workflows and refining policies.
Datadriven approach to HR with experience in metrics reporting and leveraging analytics for strategic
insights.
Strong experience in performance management operations including KPIs appraisals and employee
development planning
