Bilingual Service Desk Agent
We are hiring two bilingual IT support specialists for a national insurance provider delivering frontline technical support via phone and email. This hybrid role involves troubleshooting with tools like Active Directory ServiceNow and Windows 11 and offers full training in a collaborative clientfocused environment.

12month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.

Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for advisor IT issues ensuring fast and effective resolution.
Troubleshoot technical problems involving Active Directory ServiceNow Windows 11 and related tools.
Manage ATS Specialist calendars schedule support sessions and assign tasks efficiently.
Respond to and triage emailbased support requests.
Ask targeted questions to assess client needs and determine the best resolution path.
Use internal knowledge bases and consult with teammates or coaches when needed.
Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining clear and helpful communication with clients.
Log and document each support case to improve overall team knowledge and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and contribute to team improvements.
What you will need to succeed:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Solid experience in IT support or a technical call center environment.
Strong troubleshooting ability with tools such as Active Directory ServiceNow and Windows 11.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on client service.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Comfortable handling phonebased support and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Organized and able to manage shifting priorities across a rotating schedule.
Resourceful and collaborative with a desire to contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
