What youll be doing
As a Senior Relationship Manager youll focus on growing direct revenue retaining highnetworth client relationships and expanding business within your portfolio. Youll align with clients sophisticated financial needs investment objectives and the organizations strategies while actively building the client base through networking community involvement and exceptional relationship management.
How youll succeed
Manage client relationships: Oversee a portfolio to ensure client retention and business growth while aligning with client investment objectives and organizational policies.
Expand your portfolio: Acquire new highnetworth clients with complex financial needs by engaging in targeted business development activities and collaborating with Business Development Officers.
Drive profitability: Achieve revenue goals control expenses and monitor profit performance taking corrective actions as necessary.
Deliver exceptional service: Foster a service culture by leveraging expertise in investment and wealth advisory services to provide bestinclass relationship management.
Engage in client events: Actively participate in clientfocused events to enhance business development efforts and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate effectively: Build strong internal partnerships to deliver seamless professional and timely client service.
Ensure compliance: Implement and maintain effective operational and compliance risk controls.
Who you are
Educational background: Hold a bachelors degree and/or advanced certifications such as MBA CFA CPA CFP or JD.
Wealth management expertise: Bring 15 years of experience in portfolio management wealth management personal tax or financial planning.
Investment knowledge: Possess comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies to address the needs of sophisticated highnetworth clients.
Financially savvy: Demonstrate strong financial analysis skills to provide expert advice on complex and highvalue client relationships.
Relationship builder: Excel in building and maintaining relationships with the ability to make persuasive recommendations tailored to client needs.
Confident communicator: Thrive in presenting to small or large groups with excellent writing skills to craft professional proposals and presentations.
Strategic negotiator: Leverage advanced negotiating and influencing skills to identify opportunities for business development.
Serviceoriented: Operate with professionalism sound judgment and a focus on client success.
Risk aware: Maintain a thorough understanding of operational regulatory and compliance requirements.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $175000 $240000 for the Atlanta Georgia market based on experience qualifications and location of the position.
