Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Katowice Poland. As a Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining highquality software solutions that drive our companys success.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement robust software applications
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code using various programming languages
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize software performance
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and debugging abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages as needed
