Bryn Mawr Trust a WSFS Company provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions including a broad array of planning and advisory services investment management trust and estate planning brokerage and investment services to individual corporate and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

The Trust Advisor will be responsible for daily administration of personal trust accounts of moderate to high complexity profile and/or volume; providing high level service delivery to Delaware Advantage trust and agency clients advisors intermediaries and other qualified referral sources and distribution channels. The incumbent will manage personal accounts and relationships and perform all tasks necessary for proper riskadverse administration of trust investment management custody or IRA accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Professionally communicate with clients advisors referral sources and internal associate.
  • Maintain close communication with clients outside advisors and internal associates by telephone email and correspondence.
  • Manage personal trust accounts and relationships including those of highnet worth individuals.
  • Internal and external (client) communications including participation in client meetings.
  • Complete compliance and legal projects as required.
  • Support other duties that may arise from timetotime
  • Adhere to client selection process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required; CTFA or matriculating toward or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in trust or trustrelated financial or other client focused services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SEI Trust 3000 or similar trust accounting systems.
  • Must possess an intellectual curiosity and passion to succeed.
  • Must have analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Must have seasoned experience with trust and accounting recordkeeping systems; trading systems; technical expertise in accessing trade and confirm information from third party websites.
  • Must have knowledge of Delaware trust laws and statutes
  • Must have knowledge understanding and application of fiduciary principles.
  • Must have kowledge of securities processing and clearing.
  • Must have knowledge of trust & accounting systems and technology to support recordkeeping and payment history; and interface with Trust Operations Service Partners and other internal parties.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
