Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of a bachelors degree in a science engineering or business field OR 15years of manufacturing experience in an FDA or equivalent regulated environment
  • Required: Minimum 4 years of people management experience
  • Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in an FDA or equivalent environment
  • Preferred: Masters degree in a scientific field
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $98000.00$152000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
