Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a bachelors degree in a science engineering or business field OR 15years of manufacturing experience in an FDA or equivalent regulated environment
- Required: Minimum 4 years of people management experience
- Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in an FDA or equivalent environment
- Preferred: Masters degree in a scientific field
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $98000.00$152000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
