Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Chevrolet Sales Manager with a strong work ethic and who is internally driven to continually improve. Honesty and integrity are required character traits. Candidates must be a good team player with a willingness to follow directions and be continually molded as the company grows. Must have good problemsolving skills and be adept at handling customer servicerelated concerns.
This position is not remote work capable and requires punctual consistent and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the daytoday operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lowered morale and / or lost income opportunities

Qualifications:
Two years in a dealership sales environment (within the past 5 years) and desking experience is a must. Good communication skills negotiating skills basic accounting skills management skills multitasking skills and computer skills are a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must be proficient at desking/structuring deals.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions. Extended working hours may be required which may include working at nighttime or weekends.
