Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) part of McKessons CoverMyMeds business segment is awebbased and mobile healthcare consumerism software that drives down pharmacy costs for selfinsured plan sponsors employees and health plans. Our solutions work to empower the consumer and change behavior that has been shaped for decades by a complexopaque healthcare environment. Originally founded by a former retail pharmacist the Rx Savings Solutions team is made up of veteran clinicians technical engineers marketers and former pharma insiders bent on disrupting a broken system. RxSS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successfulRegional VP Employer Salesto join our EmployerSales team! Primary responsibilities include prospecting qualifying selling and closing net new business of employer groups. The Regional VP Employer sales will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find the best solutions for customersand drive revenue growth.Our ideal candidate is a business development hunter with experience selling into the benefits technology space including experience selling direct and through consultants. Weoffer a competitive salary base plus unlimited earnings potential in a hot market!

* Sales territory will cover the Midwest portion of the United States from Minnesota to Texas. Ideal homebase cities would be Kansas City (where the bulk of the RxSS team sits) Chicago or Minneapolis but well consider a qualified candidate based anywhere in the Midwest. Travel expectation would be 25 to 50%.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive business development efforts to achieve established individual sales quota and company profitability goals

  • Develop and execute on a resultsoriented strategy to maximize immediate impact on pipeline and netnew revenue growth

  • Thoughtfully assess opportunities and threats; drive meaningful conversations that convince prospective clients Rx Savings Solutions should be a top priority

  • Efficiently progress prospective clients through the entire sales lifecycle fromsourcing and developing prospects and leading strategic conversationsthrough negotiating and driving customers to close

  • Identify key contacts and leverage existing relationships to facilitate introductions and meetings with decision makers and centers of influence

  • Work and collaborate with consultants strategic channel partners and their clients to create and close sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent and 7 years of verifiable successful B2B SaaS sales experience including ability to close large transactions in lengthy complex sales campaigns in a fastpaced consultativeenvironment (Experience calling on Health Plans Human Resources and/or Brokers/Consultants is highly preferred)

  • Proven ability to gain alignment and influence decisions with stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • Ability to craft and deliver articulate compelling written and verbal presentations

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches

  • Experience in a teamselling environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:

$156800 $261300

Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
