Tesis USA is seeking candidates for Electrical Engineers with experience in Project Planning position on Muskogee Oklahoma with the following knowledge and abilities:
- Bachelor Degree as an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer (This is a Must)
- Location: Muskogee OK
- minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a project planner controlling cost GANTT KPIs scheduling and documentation.
- Experience: upstanding knowledge in project follow up capable of create review and push projects to make them meet their due dates. coordinate the execution of projects together with cross functional teams and engineering managers.
- Electrical projects supervision
- electrical installation experience on the industrial sector is required.
- Supervision of electrical teams installation experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Project under office 365 cloud solution (this is a must and candidates will be evaluated on this matter):
* Resource assignation
* calculation of metrics
* Milestones
* project creation
* GANTT preparation

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage project budgets including forecasting and tracking expenses to align with financial objectives.
- Review costs and control budgets.
- knowledge in understanding AutoCAD drawings BOMs and schematics are a must.
Job Type: Fulltime
