Purpose of the Job
As a senior member of the Ocorian Ireland team you will have specific responsibility for management of a portfolio of structured and asset finance clients. You will work closely with the client services teams senior management and business development to support the sustainability and in particular the growth of Ocorian in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide directorship services to client structures in Ireland.
- Act as principal point of contact for clients external counsel and relevant parties throughout the life cycle of the structure.
- Participate and undertake business development activities on a consistently proactive basis. In particular focus on intermediaries current clients and introducers across all product groups.
- Develop positive and longlasting client relationships between relevant Ocorian Directors/staff and client contacts.
- Attend conferences and seminars relevant to the industry and undertaking business trips as and when required.
- Ensure client structures are onboarded in accordance with Ocorian client take on procedures and administered in line with transaction documentation.
- Work with accounting and company secretarial teams to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service.
- Work closely with support functions across the Ocorian network including group legal compliance and Global Operations.
- Assist where appropriate in recruitment and development of staff including the development of skills and capability through ongoing training.
- Assist in ensuring billing is completed accurately and timely in accordance with client contracts and that agreed margins are maintained in the delivery of client services. Undertake fee reviews. Monitor and manage fee debtors to ensure fees are paid promptly.
- Assist the team in complying with Ocorians policies and procedures at all times and participate in their ongoing review and development particularly in relation to regulatory developments. Ensure business risk is managed at all times.

Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Ideally previous experience within a corporate services environment and acting as a director to special purpose vehicles.
- As a result of study and experience possess a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations insofar as it pertains to our industry.
