Power Supply Engineering Services delivers highimpact engineering and technical solutions that ensure the safety reliability and regulatory compliance of PGEs power generation assets. Our work is critical to maintaining current operations while leading the charge toward a decarbonized energy future. Our multidisciplinary team supports PGEs generation fleet across key areas including the following:
We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Design Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of nine skilled electrical engineers supporting PGEs entire generation fleet. In this pivotal role you will report to the Director of Power Supply Engineering Services and be responsible for managing both the execution of engineering design work and the oversight of engineers leading lesscomplex capital projects. Youll ensure high technical standards support regulatory compliance (WECC and OSHA) and guide the team in addressing emergent maintenance needs across the fleet.
This is a unique opportunity to lead electrical engineering efforts at a utility thats actively transforming its generation portfolio. Youll manage and optimize resources across critical projects while driving compliance with our fleetwide arc flash program.
As the utility sector accelerates toward renewable integration and carbon reduction youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of wind and solar while maintaining the strength and reliability of existing assets.

PGE supports hybrid flexible work arrangements; and will have a combination of intheoffice and working offsite. This individual must be based within 75 miles of the work location and will be required to work intheoffice at least three days a week. However these arrangements may change due to business needs or changes in responsibility.

Compensation Range:
$125790.00 $233610.00Actual total compensation including a performance based incentive bonus is commensurate with experience skills qualifications education training and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range the decision will be made on a casebycase basis.
