Job Description
Join our team as a FullTime Server in Pasadena United States! Were looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers.
- Greet and seat guests ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders accurately communicating effectively with the kitchen staff
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
Qualifications :
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training)
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for operating POS and payroll systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food handling/sanitation certifications
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to carry trays and plates efficiently
- Attention to detail for accurate order taking and delivery
- Problemsolving skills and ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit
- Knowledge of local cuisine and dining culture is a plus
