Job Description
Tombras a 400 person fullservice national advertising agency with a digital mindset is seeking a Paid Search Strategist.
Where youll be working:Knoxville
The Paid Search Strategist will be responsible for helping create effective paid search strategies for two national multiunit retail accounts. In addition to strategy this position will be responsible for owning paid search campaign strategy optimization reporting and client communication.
What youll be doing:
- Architect effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / PayPerClick (PPC) campaigns with direction from Paid Search Supervisor and VP Integrated Search
- Architect performancedriven YouTube advertising campaigns
- Communicate and effectively present tactical paid search plans and campaign updates to clients
- Manage paid search targeting options across multiple clients (geotargeting campaign settings demographic targeting etc.)
- Create Custom Audience groups with 1st party data and website audience lists
- Research keywords analyze their relevance and perform competitive analysis.
- Recommend landing page strategies and consult on landing page planning and optimizations
- Possess a welldeveloped analytical ability and a proven track record of extracting tangible insights from large data sets
- A/B testing a multitude of campaign variables to increase the efficiency of PPC campaign budgets to increase leads/conversions expand search impression share and drive higher ROI for our clients
- Administer bid management tools to accurate pace daily paid search budgets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance in platforms like Google AdWords Bing Ads Google Analytics Kenshoo Tableau and moreImplement and test strategies designed to increase conversion rates and lower costper lead across multiple clients in multiple verticals
- Champion department processes stay current on search marketing industry trends and best practices
What you need:
- 2 years experience in a fullservice advertising agency or inhouse marketing experience
- Google AdWords certifications experience working with Bing Ads; Kenshoo and/or Search Ads 360 experience is a plus
- Proven track record of successful client relationship development
- Proven success at optimizing and managing existing PPC campaigns
- Working knowledge of website analytics programs (Google Analytics Adobe Omnitureetc.)
- Experience working with various CMS environments is a plus (WordPress Joomla Drupal MODX Magento etc.)
