JOB DESCRIPTION: Employ a variety of instructional techniques to engage all learnersDeliver innovative and experiential lessons units and projects which align to the MA CVTE Frameworks in BakingDevelop meaningful relationships with students that foster learning and selfactualizationProvide targeted whole group small group and/or individual instruction regarding a variety of Culinary Arts/baking principles in a fastpaced environmentFoster competition and achievement by supporting SkillsUSA activities Maintain and foster ontask student behaviors through effective classroom managementMaintain timely record keeping via PowerSchool (student information and grading system) and electronic student competency trackingProvide after school assistance to students per contract and as neededPerform other duties as assigned in accordance with the Collective Bargaining AgreementProvide targeted whole group small group and/or individual instruction to students in culinary arts including to help them develop skills needed to successfully earn the ServSafe Certification
