Company:
The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a detailoriented and analytical Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to support our V22 H47 and MH139 programs out of Ridley Park Pennsylvania.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design build and aftermarket support stages of the program
- Develops prepares and validates estimates and prices
- Evaluates requests for proposal substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals
- Develops estimating and pricing methods
- Evaluates and develops business cases
- Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk financial competitive etc.)
- Develops and maintains pricing models
- Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements
- Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating pricing and proposals
- Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development system/tool deployment and training delivery
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or a related field
- 1 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Estimating and Pricing Procurement Financial Analysis Supply Chain Analysis Financial Analysis or Strategy Analysis
- Experience in supporting audit factfinding and negotiations
- Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience estimating strategic studies work transfer proposals affordability estimates
- Experience with statistical data
