Job Description

The VP will build manage and lead a direct sales division at Clearent by Xplor which includes Regional Sales Directors District Managers and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly quarterly and annual basis. Importantly as Clearent by Xplor is in a very high growth mode the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory.

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Demonstrate integrity and ethics in representing the Clearent by Xplor brand
  • Drive team to exceed the sales plan on a monthly quarterly and annual basis by utilizing Clearents systemic approach to activity management and accountability
  • Optimize the team by maximizing the performance of current team members while simultaneously recruiting highperforming new team members
  • Provide succinct insightful reporting to management; accurately forecast future sales; forward proactive recommendations to address key issues or concerns
  • Solicit and manage key partner relationships (associations VARs other)
  • Ensure professionalism of team members in communications attendance of training sessions and use of social media tools
  • Market additional Clearent by Xplor products and services as they are introduced under company guidelines
  • Learn and understand all hardware software and reporting offered by Clearent and effectively communicate this information to prospects clients and Account Executives
  • Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of Clearents programs (Compass gateway etc.) and provide consistent reinforcement of the Clearent selling system to direct reports

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience effectively managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry
  • Experience building a successful team
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal written interpersonal relationship building and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to excel
  • PC proficient with Microsoft Office Suite experience
