Location: Lynch Ford Chevrolet Mt. Vernon Iowa

Were looking for a motivated customerfocused BDC Consultant to join our Business Development Center. In this key sales role youll be the first point of contact for phone and online inquiries. Youll help drive our dealerships success by engaging with customers setting appointments and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally respond to all incoming phone and internet inquiries
- Make inbound and outbound calls as well as send emails and texts to follow up with leads and past customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales department
- Stay up to date on current vehicle features promotions and inventory
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer contacts appointments and conversions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service sales call center or BDC preferredbut not required
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable making inbound & outbound calls and handling objections to find solutions for customers
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
- Friendly professional and collaborative team mindset
