Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards guest service standards and cleanliness.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
- Ensure guest service safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area.
- To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.

- Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers some of whom will require patience tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns.
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat clean and wellgroomed appearance.
- Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance direction and information with hotel guidelines.
- Reporting/fixing game issues as needed including ticket and card malfunctions

- Money handling experience preferred.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
