Job Description
Link Solutions is seeking a Power BI Developer (SeniorLevel) to join our team at Fort Stewart GA.
- Must be a US Citizen
- DoD Clearance required (Active or Interim)
- Nonremote (relocation incentive available)
The Power BI Developer (SeniorLevel) will lead advanced dashboard development and business intelligence (BI) initiatives in support of operational and strategic decisionmaking for the U.S. Armys 3rd Infantry Division. The role is responsible for transforming complex datasets into interactive reports managing largescale KPI dashboards and mentoring junior analysts. This position will work closely with key stakeholders from staff sections to design impactful datadriven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain enterprisegrade Power BI dashboards that support unit readiness logistics training and finance operations.
- Model large complex datasets using star schemas and normalized structures to support scalable analytics.
- Integrate and automate data sources from platforms including SharePoint GCSSA IPPSA Vantage and eFLIPL.
- Guide junior developers and serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI best practices and DAX optimization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and iterate on reports using stakeholder feedback.
- Develop and maintain refresh pipelines gateway configurations and PowerApps/Power Automate workflows.

Qualifications :
- US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security CE CCNA Security CISSP GICSP GSEC SSCP etc.).
- Eight (8) years of Power BI experience in dashboard/report development.
- Experience in DAX Power Query (M) and complex data modeling.
- Proven ability to lead dashboard lifecycles from concept to deployment and training.
- Familiar with Power BI PowerApps Power Automate and SharePoint tools.
- Familiar with DAX M (Power Query) and SQL languages.
- Experience with Power BI Gateway Azure Synapse Vantage and Advana platforms.
Preferred:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related IT field.
- Microsoft PL300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Data Modeling: Star/Snowflake schemas normalized structures
- UX/UI: Advanced visualization design and interactivity
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
