Ensure adherence to all internal/external targets with focus on continuous team improvement month on month Monitors performance of team members guides & coaches employee to ensure individual KRIs are met & exceeded Identifying the teams training & development needs designing and developing the appropriate training program and coordinating with support groups. Preparation & submission of periodic reports and dashboards to all stakeholders in a timely manner Handling Client escalations ensuring preparation & subsequent implementation of an effective RCA for every error occurring in the due course of business. Plans & schedules manpower including managing of absenteeism and attrition within the team Recognizes and recommends operational improvements & areas of opportunities for improved efficiencies
