Job Description

Annual salary: up to 50000.00

Contract Manager

Highlands

Permanent Full time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary up to 50000 per annum plus commercial vehicle

About the role:

As a Contract Manager within the Highlands you will be managing a whole contract across 11 sites. You will have 3 direct reports which manage a team of around 90 staff members. The main duties will be to ensure the cost centre PNL is managed managing and ensuring KPIs are achieved and to assist the General Manager in the financial and commercial management of the relevant FM contract focusing on the Hard FM or Lifecycle elements as directed.

Role Criteria:

  • Proven track record of planned works or repairs and maintenance management & delivery.
  • Experience of managing a Total FM contract across multiple sites.
  • Experienced in PPM compliance and H&S.
  • Proven track record of commercial and performance management.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Full UK driving licence

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.

To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
