Job Description

Job Title:Senior Sonographer Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Location: London Greater London
Banding: Band 7
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: 54000 per annum
Working hours: Monday Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 7 Senior Sonographer specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our clients wellestablished and successful obstetric fertility and gynaecological ultrasound clinic in London. With stateoftheart technology highly qualified sonographers and a patientcentred approach the clinic ensures comprehensive medicalgrade diagnostics alongside personalised reassurance. Fully regulated by the CQC it delivers trusted highquality care at every stage of the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the daytoday operations of sonography services ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the clinic.
  • Ensure that all examination results meet the clinics high standards for quality assurance before findings are released for interpretation.
  • Oversee the creation implementation and management of scanning protocols and quality control activities ensuring precision and excellence in all imaging assessments.
  • Play a vital role in securing and maintaining relevant accreditations.
  • Carry out quality assurance protocols.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • HCPC registered
  • Advanced Sonographer Certification desirable
  • Sonography experience in the UK
  • Experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ultrasound
