Our Inside Sales Team

The Inside Sales Organisation (ISO) is where our company mission begins. ISO serves two critical functions:

  1. Increasing Field Sales productivity by establishing qualified customer appointments

  2. Developing future sales leaders for field assignments

Sales Development Program

About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales professional based in Paris France (17th arrondissement) who is:

  • Proven in penetrating targeted accounts and creating netnew opportunities

  • Energetic driven and professional with a track record of exceeding quota

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect to identify net new opportunities

  • Qualify and set appointments for field sales counterparts

  • Research target accounts and develop tailored strategies

  • Run outbound call campaigns with Field Marketing

  • Support Field AE in progressing opportunities

  • Handle project upsells and renewals

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads

  • Drive attendance for partner events (email and phone outreach)

  • Partner with Channel on outbound campaigns

  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead strategy and programs

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity

  • Daily use of tools: Salesforce Gmail LinkedIn

  • Occasional travel (510%) for events briefings and customer visits

What Youll Bring

  • Consistent success in exceeding quota and netnew account penetration

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to articulate business value to IT stakeholders

  • Organized adaptable and resultsoriented

  • Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably storage/tech)

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Businesslevel English and native/bilingual Spanish required
