In our Consumer Healthcare Commercial Graduate Program youll be coached in the skills youll need here whilst challenging and stretching constantly over the period of the threeyear scheme with rotations across our Commercial Functions. You will be fully immersed into the business and will be an integral part of the team owning and leading initiatives whilst delivering against our business targets in line with strategy. The role you do will have a direct impact not only on Consumer Healthcare business growth but also our customers and consumers as we put them at the heart of everything we do.

• Be a key player in your team working both in the function you are placed in and across multi functions on varied projects.

• Depending on function your sited in you will be expected to work directly with our customers internal stakeholders and leadership team as well as external agencies and suppliers.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

• Education: Preferred Masters Degree in the following areas: Finance BA Marketing Sciences Engineering Graduation on or after 2023/2024

• Experience: Maximum working experience 12 year after graduation

• Language requirement: Spanish native / Fluent English.

• Other requirements: Must have the right to work in Spain.
