Your tasks:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams OneDrive Exchange and SharePoint.
- Manage IT purchasing and inventory of hardware software peripherals and other related IT supplies.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including user lifecycle management group administration and access control.
- Configure and deploy devices (Windows & MacOS) using Microsoft Intune MDM.
- Oversee antivirus firewalls and other security systems e.g. Hornet Email security
- Utilize JIRA Service Management to provide firstlevel technical support for endusers and resolve service requests and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with users and solve issues in timely manner with high quality of service.
- Liaise with the HR department to facilitate new employee onboarding and manage offboarding processes efficiently
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding new joiners and manage offboarding requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot virtual machines within VMware/ESXi environments ensuring systems are secure uptodate and operating optimally.
- Maintain local network devices e.g. switches and wireless LAN controllers (WLC).
Your skillset:
- Should have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Hands on experience installing IT hardware peripherals and software.
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
- Hands on experience on core tools e.g Intune Azure AD EDR office365 and JIRA.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and ideally speak German on a B12 level
